The Center for Organizational Effectiveness (CFOE) is a consulting and applied research center, which provides full-service organization development consulting services. Organizations should continuously adapt to meet the demands of a dynamic and increasingly complex environment. CFOE includes experts from University American College Skopje and abroad.

The CFOE specializes in helping organizations achieve greater success through executive education, custom tailored program and standard consulting program.
