On February 10th within Advanced Organizational Behavior Course at the MBA studies the students had the opportunity to have Zaklina Gestakovska Aleksovska as a guest-speaker on the topic Groups and Teams.

 

  

Zaklina holds MA degree in Public Administration from the Syracuse University, USA and is a trainer with more than 15 years of experience. This session gave the students an interesting insight of the topic with a challenging simulation with the purpose of learning from the direct experience.  

 

  

During the discussions and the "game" the participants tried and practiced strategies of managing new ideas, concepts, environments and teams which will be useful in their everyday life and work.
