Professor Jadranka Mrsik, Dean of the School of Law at UACS, presented the booklet “The Guide for your Pension”, prepared within the National Strategy for Decent Work for the period of 2010-2013 for the group of representatives of social partners (unions and employers) on the 9th of February, 2011, at Hotel Arka, Skopje.

 

Mr. Kenichi Hirose, Senior Specialist in Social Security ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team for Central and Eastern Europe, and Mrs. Irena Risteska, Head of Pension and Disability Insurance Department in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, were the main participants at this presentation. This ILO Guide for the rights for pensions, prepared within The Decent Work Country Programme priorities in the period 2010-2013 for improving working conditions that are in place with the active involvement of the social partners, will provide the information regarding their privileges for all pension issues.

 

The aim of the presentation of this Guide is to initiate the continuous process of education for employees, increasing the awareness of the importance of the pension issues after their retirement and the security of their families.
