The promotion of the books “Republic of Macedonia and the World Economic Crisis" and “Macroeconomics – Basic Principles" extended edition, by Professor Tome Nenovski, PhD, was held at the UACS premises on the 21st of December, 2010.
The book “Republic of Macedonia and the World Economic Crisis” is comprised of texts that Professor Nenovski has published in daily and periodical newspapers and magazines in the last two years. Through the published work, Nenovski is presenting his theoretical and practical views of the current economic situation in the Republic of Macedonia from the period before and during the world economic crisis, as well as the possible practical solutions for overcoming the recession that is present in the Macedonian economy.
The book “Macroeconomics – Basic Principles” represents an extended and edited version of the textbook “Macroeconomics”. Apart from the common content principles, in this book Professor Nenovski is presenting the deviation from the common macroeconomic postulates, concepts and point of views that were caused by the influence of the still present world economic crisis.
These books were promoted by Abdulmenaf Bedzeti, PhD, a professor at South East European University (pictured below).
The audience consisted of eminent guests, such as professors, institutional representatives and students, as well as supported by national media.
Professor Nenovski is the Vice Chancellor and full-time professor at the University American College Skopje for the subjects “Macroeconomics”, “Public Finance” and “Banking”.
Professor Nenovski has published 12 books in the fields of Banking, Macroeconomics and Public Finance, among which four are university textbooks. He has also published over 300 studies in international and local newspapers and magazines. Professor Nenovski has been awarded the traditional “M.H. Jasmin” and “Goce Delcev” state awards.
