Prospectus

For establishing research laboratories 

1. Faculty is invited to form UACS Research Laboratory within its school;
2. The aim of the research laboratory is to promote contemporary scientific research, which will indisputably contribute to the shaping of UACS as a research institution; will generate additional revenue; and will develop further research capacity, especially in young staff;
3. Research laboratories may be established by one or more UACS employees who share same or similar vision for research in a particular domain.
4. A holder of research laboratory can be any UACS full-time employee;
5. The name of each research laboratory is defined as "Laboratory for _____";
6. The task of each research laboratory is working on research projects in a continuous period of at least one year. Specific tasks and activities of each laboratory shall be determined by the action plan at the beginning of the work;
7. Work Plan of the research laboratory shall be submitted for approval to the Research Committee, according to a previously prepared form by the Committee;
8. Work Plan shall contain details of funding of the research laboratory;
9. For its results, the research laboratory shall report to the dean of its school and to the Research Committee by submitting a report once a year.
