The University Research Committee, a University-wide board formed in June 2011, is composed of members of the faculty and administration. Advisory to the Rector of UACS on all matters concerning research performed at the University and committed to steering the research work at the University level, presently the Committee consists of five members of each UACS unit, and appointed by the University Senate. Each of the five divisions of the University -- business and economics; law and political science; foreign languages; IT; and architecture and design -- is represented by at least one committee member.
