On September 21st, 2009, the University American Colllege Skopje bestowed the honor of "Doctor Honoris Causa" to Dr. Philip Kotler, known as the Founder of the Science of Marketing.
Dr. Kotler accepted this honor from UACS due to the quality of teaching and implementation of American standards and business education. Dr. Kotler is the S.C.Johnson & Son distinguised professor of marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at the University of Northwestern in Chicago, IL.
