UACS is dedicated to provide students with an education of the highest possible quality. Therefore, students may raise concerns and complaints about matters and issues relating to their academic or administrative experience at UACS.
All UACS students are encouraged to send an anonymous or signed email to or visit our Academic Advisor at the Grievance Office.
All complains and concerns will be reviewed and resolved in the upmost confidential manner. 

Student Mobility

Upon receipt of the Transcript of Records / Training Certificates, UACS certifies that the mobile student has fulfilled all requirements stipulated in the Learning Agreement and ensures recognition of the mobility period abroad within the time-scale and according to the conditions stipulated in the institutional recognition framework.

UACS ensures that all credits earned by the mobile student during the mobility period are recognized and counted towards the final degree which is apparent to the students’ records and documents issued to the student. 

Students can appeal by submitting a letter to the Grievance committee through the International Programs Office and will be responded to within a period of 14 days.
