An MBA is the de facto standard of education for professionals, junior, and middle management. It reflects a sophisticated level of knowledge and skills concerning a wide range of contemporary management topics.
It also implies a well developed understanding of strategic thinking and planning in a globally competitive world. Bearing in mind the promotions that almost always follow the attainment of an MBA, the returns on this investment prove to be high, and the pay-off period very short. A unique trait of the UACS MBA is that each student prepares and defends a classical master’s thesis at the end of their studies. The master’s thesis lends additional value to the UACS MBA Program, putting it on equal footing with the national Master of Science degree and granting an option of pursuing a doctoral degree. Moreover, the UACS MBA is currently the only fully accredited MBA program in the Republic of Macedonia and has also received accreditation from the United States and Europe.
The UACS MBA program is enhanced by the interchange of professional experience between our students, teachers and guest speakers.
