The Career Center at the University American College Skopje (UACS) serves as a vital link between students, alumni, and the professional world. It offers students tailored support in conducting their yearly internships and stimulates them to get the most out of their experience (view the Internship procedure and documents below). Through partnerships with local and international companies, the center also organizes its yearly Career Days event (as can be seen below), with workshops in CV writing, interview preparation, an inspiring career talks panel, and its job fair, all in a bid to help students gain real-world experience and smoothly transition from education to employment. With a focus on personalized guidance, the Career Center empowers UACS students to confidently pursue their career goals.

The UACS Internship is mandatory for all Faculties. Proper facilitation of the Internship should be conducted with a minumum of 1 month of Internship completed per each academic year (at least 3 or 4 months in total, depending on the Student's Bachelor Program), and preferably in different organizations each year. It can be arranged by the Student themself, with an organization outside of our business community, or with an organization within our business community. - To start the Internship process, first, you will need to download the "Internship Documents" template (located in the "Jobs/Internships" tab), or pickup a physical copy from the Career Center Office on the 4th Floor.
- During the Internship itself, use this document to keep a Log of the activities you perform on a daily basis (Дневник).
- Upon completing your internship, you will need to receive a stamp and/or signature from the organization you conduct your Internship at (Потврда).
- When you have completed these two parts, you will need to then get it signed and stamped by visiting the Career Center on the 4th floor (Упатница).
- Then, once you have all the documents filled out, with stamps and signitures, you can scan and send them via email to sandra.grujevska@uacs.edu.mk, or hand them in person to the Career Center office on the 4th floor, and consider your Internship process completed.
Career Days
Career Days is an annual one-day event organized by the University American College Skopje (UACS) for its current students. The event introduces our students to a series of preparatory workshops focused on CV writing, interview tips and tricks, and mock interviews, followed by the Career Days Panel, where industry professionals share insights and advice. The event concludes with the Job Fair, allowing students to connect directly with participating companies and explore potential career paths.
