CONDUCTING THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL UACS SCHOOLS.
Proper facilitation of the Internship process should be conducted with, ideally, a minumum of 1 month of Internship completed per each academic year, with at least 3 or 4 months in total across all regular study years, and preferably in different organizations each year (with a minimum of 3 months, total internship if the Bachelor study program is 3+2 years, or 4 months if it's 4+1 years). The internship itself can be arranged with an organization by the Student, with an organization outside of our business community, or with an organization within our business community. The steps of completing the Internship Procedure are as follows:
- To start the Internship process, first, you will need to download the "Internship Documents" template (located above in the "Jobs/Internships" page), or pick up a physical copy of the documents, available at our Front Desk, or our Career Center Office. The document should contain the signiture of our Career Center Coordinator - Ms. Sandra Grujevska (which is usually present on the first page of the document), and an official Stamp from the University, which you can receive from our Front Desk personel (on the 3rd Floor).
- Once you start your Internship, you should fill out the "Дневник" part of the document in parallel to your ongoing Internship, noting down the activities you perform on a daily basis.
- Upon completing your Internship, you will need to receive a stamp and/or signature from the organization you conducted your Internship in, at the "Потврда" section of the document, and then fill out the "Упатница" part of the document.
- Then, once you have all of these pages filled out, with information, stamps and signitures, you can fill out the remaining two pages, noting your own personal experience with the Internship, under "Евалуација на студентите за реализирана практична настава".
- Afterwards, you scan and send the document via email to sandra.grujevska@uacs.edu.mk, or hand them in person at the Career Center Office.
- Once you complete all of these steps above, you can consider your Internship process as completed.
