Since 2008, the University American College Skopje (UACS) library has been actively involved in publishing academic titles. In addition to printed books, UACS has also produced various readers, scripts, and digital publications, following the institution’s internal publishing guidelines. The university's resource center includes a dedicated reading room and a collection area. Access is limited to UACS students, faculty, and staff through an annual membership registration.

The collection comprises more than 2,340 titles in both domestic and foreign literature, with a total fund exceeding 9,500 items. This includes scripts, readers, reference materials, works by UACS instructors, and assigned reading texts. The collection also holds PhD and MBA theses defended at the university. All materials are cataloged using the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) system and integrated into the COBISS search platform. As part of the academic experience, UACS students also have access to Harvard Business School case studies, which are incorporated into the curriculum.
