Recruitment Agency Intern

Internship Brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team and provide administrative help in achieving our goals.

This internship will help you acquire recruitment & consulting skills and provide you with knowledge of various recruitment strategies. You will develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and setting. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in recruitment & consulting and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Updating candidate’s database

• Helping in advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines

• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy

• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client

• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job via email

• Preparing CVs and creating DBH branded profiles to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants

• Informing candidates about the results of interviews

• Assisting in accounting duties
