Dear students,

We hope you have had a pleasant winter break and we hope that we find you in good health. In this letter, we would like to inform you about the latest decisions and changes introduced to the educational process.

We were saddened to see the rising numbers of people affected with the Covid-19 virus and the fast spread of the new variants. The situation is severe and we would like to contribute in its containment in every way possible. Being a responsible educational institution, we truly care for all our members, which is why we remain primarily focused on preventing the health and wellbeing of all our students, faculty members and staff. Therefore, the UACS Rector’s Board and Senate have adopted a Decision, from which we would like to point out the following important segments:

1. The learning process in the first six weeks of the UACS Spring Semester of 2021/2022 will be held entirely online via WebEx;
2. This refers to and involves all bachelor programs, master programs and doctoral courses at UACS;
3. All exams and student work, including but not limited to mid-term make up and exams for part time students, will be held online. The mode of the exam will be determined by the course instructor;
4. All defenses of bachelor thesis, master thesis and doctoral thesis will also be organized online.
