Final Critique of Studio Ohrid: Public Work(s)? at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana

As part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility programme between the UACS School of Architecture and Design and the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Architecture, UACS Assistant Professor Pavel Veljanoski participated in the final review and exhibition of Studio Ohrid: Public Work(s)? at the FA-UL.

Developed within the framework of the joint semester collaboration between the two institutions, the studio explored the future of Ohrid through the lens of public infrastructure, public architecture, and the common good. The final critique, led by Prof. Jurij Sadar together with doc. Ana Kreč and the Seminar Sadar team gathered invited critics and collaborators to discuss the students’ proposals and reflect on the role of architecture in strengthening public life and sustainable urban development.

The event represents another important milestone in the growing collaboration between UACS and FA-UL, building on the successful Summer School of Architecture in Ohrid in 2025 and opening new opportunities for future academic exchange, research, and collaborative design education.
