On 10 December 2025, students from the Multiculturalism course had the unique opportunity to attend an inspiring guest lecture by Gordan Jordanov, Director for Macedonia & Europe at the United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD).

The session focused on “Macedonian Diaspora and the Mission of UMD.” Students gained valuable insights into identity, multicultural dialogue, and the role of diaspora communities in shaping modern societies. Jordanov's personal and professional journey spans youth activism, migrant integration projects, diplomatic internships, and leadership roles in both the NGO and corporate sectors, as he continues to work on strengthening diaspora engagement and promoting Macedonian culture globally.
