On 16 December 2025, at the café-bookstore Literatura.mk in Diamond Mall, Skopje, University American College Skopje (UACS) successfully hosted the promotion of the book Nomotechnics, authored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ljupcho Petkucheski and Prof. Dr. Marko Andonov, published by UACS.

A modern and systematic guide to the principles and rules of drafting legal regulations, the book emphasizes the crucial role of high-quality nomotechnical practice in creating precise, coherent, and stable legal norms by offering a clear and practical overview of key principles, concepts, methods, and recommendations with real-world applicability.

The publication was presented by Prof. Dr. Ivan Dodovski, Full Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences at UACS, and Mr. Amir Abdulai, MSc, retired judge of the Court of Appeal – Skopje, who highlighted the academic and practical value of the book and its relevance to contemporary legal practice.
