We are proud to celebrate a new publication by Professor Marjan Petreski, co-authored with Magdalena Olczyk of Gdańsk University of Technology.

Their article, “From Global Value Chains to Local Jobs: Exploring FDI-induced Job Creation in EU-27,” has been published in Structural Change and Economic Dynamics, an Elsevier journal indexed in the Web of Science (Social Sciences Citation Index – SSCI), with a Journal Impact Factor of 6.1 and a Q1 ranking in Economics.

Ranked among the leading journals in its field, the publication reflects the academic significance of research exploring how foreign direct investment (FDI) and participation in global value chains translate into job creation across the EU-27.
