Small Actions, Big Impact: Filip Gjorgiev Inspires UACS Students
Small actions spark meaningful change.
Today, UACS welcomed Filip Gjorgiev from @kesanadeset as a guest speaker in our Career Development and Organizational Psychology classes, hosted by Prof. Sandra Grujevska, MA, inspiring students to explore how passion, initiative, and a willingness to act can make a real difference in their communities.
Through real-world experiences and practical insights, students explored what it takes to turn ideas into action, build trust, motivate others, and overcome challenges. As part of our “From Scrolling to Doing” challenge, they will also design their own small community initiatives, putting their ideas into practice and discovering the impact they can create.
Creating change doesn’t have to start with something big; sometimes, all it takes is one idea, one decision, and one small step.
