COST Action FLARE (CA25141) officially launched with its kick-off meeting in Brussels on 19 October 2026, bringing together an international network to advance futures literacy across education, governance and innovation, with UACS elected as the Action’s Grant Holder Institution.

We are proud to announce that:

- Prof. Marina Andeva was elected Chair of the Action.

- Prof. Ivan Dodovski serves as a member of the Management Committee, representing North Macedonia.

These roles provide an important opportunity for UACS to contribute to international research cooperation and help strengthen the capacity of individuals and institutions to engage with the future.
